Responsibilities

• Manages cashier/merchandising staff and policy compliance.
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions.
• Provides guidance and instruction to staff.
• Preserves loss prevention standards and cash office procedures.
• Responds to customer inquiries, processes refunds/exchanges, and promotes CSI Survey.
• Ensures shelves are clean, displays are rotated and set up per direction.
• Maintains store housekeeping and image; adheres to safety requirements.
• May perform clerical and banking duties; supports provisions in store.
