Responsibilities

• Manage customer service functions, including cashiers and merchandising.
• Ensure staff comply with store policies and procedures.
• Train cashiers and merchandisers in job functions.
• Provide ongoing guidance and instruction to staff.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and cash office activities.
• Ensure proper image and uniform standards for staff.
• Answer inquiries about product locations, rainchecks, etc.
• Resolve customer issues per guidelines (refunds, exchanges).
• Promote the CSI Survey and maintain store cleanliness and displays.
• Perform clerical and banking duties if needed.
