• Train cashiers and merchandisers and provide ongoing guidance.
• Manage loss prevention standards and cash office inventory.
• Assist customers with product location, rainchecks, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain store image and housekeeping; comply with safety requirements.
• May perform clerical and banking duties.
