Job summary

Walmart Canada in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a Front End Associate to help lead department processes, respond to problems, and mentor associates through teaching and training. You will support salesfloor activities and ensure a high level of customer service while guiding task completion.

You will manage schedules with the People Lead, participate in daily team huddles, promote products, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, resolving issues and referring concerns as needed.
• Lead front-end operations, ensure coverage and delegate tasks while coordinating breaks.
• Review schedules with the People Lead and support training opportunities for associates.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, and track productivity.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support safety procedures.
• Assist with GTA/Workday tasks and support Management; help with recruiting new associates.
