Job summary

Walmart Canada Brampton is seeking a Front End Associate to assist in leading department processes, greet customers, promote products, locate merchandise and help with purchases while delivering a high level of service.

The role supports scheduling, front-end operations, coaching and training, and partner with the Coach/People Lead to drive performance. You will help maintain safety, cleanliness and efficiency, and participate in daily Team Huddles to share updates.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.
• Ability to greet customers politely and assist with product promotions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product promotion.
• Ensure safe work processes and follow emergency procedures.
• Handle customer and associate concerns with guidance as needed.
• Delegate and coordinate front-end operations, ensuring proper coverage.
• Review schedules with the People Lead.
• Lead and participate in daily Team Huddle and communicate updates.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment and uphold store policies.
• Support GTA/Workday tasks and collaborate with Management.
• Partner with the Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance conversations and assist recruitment.
