• Handles customer and associate concerns and provides guidance as required.
• Delegates and follows up on front-end operations, coordinating breaks.
• Reviews completed schedules with the People Lead.
• Develops associates through teaching and training with feedback.
• Leads daily Team Huddle and communicates updates and goals.
