Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection.
• Promote products/services and help customers locate merchandise.
• Assist in front-end operations and delegate breaks to ensure coverage.
• Review schedules with People Lead and communicate updates at team huddle.
• Lead daily team huddle and track productivity metrics.
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to procedures.
• Support management with GTA/Workday tasks and recruitment support.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates through teaching.
