Job summary

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, assisting with products, and resolving issues.
• Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed.
• Delegate, assist and follow up front-end operations and coordinate breaks.
• Lead daily Team Huddle and communicate updates and goals to the team.
• Develops associates through teaching, training, and feedback.
• Participate in performance management and support recruiting and onboarding.
