Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Front End Lead to help manage department processes and deliver high levels of customer service on the sales floor in Joliette, QC.

The role includes teaching and coaching associates, coordinating schedules and shifts, and ensuring safety and policy compliance on site. The position starts at a minimum hourly rate and requires a positive attitude and strong teamwork.

• Age - 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with products/services, locating merchandise and helping purchase decisions.
• Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting, cleanliness, evacuations, and security measures.
• Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as required.
• Coordinate front-end operations, ensure coverage and manage break times.
• Review and adjust schedules with the People Lead.
• Identify training opportunities during area walkthroughs and provide coaching to associates.
• Lead daily Team Huddle, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
