• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with products, locating items, and resolving issues.
• Ensure safe work processes, proper lifting, area cleanliness, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as needed.
• Delegate and support front-end operations, maintain coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Review schedules with the People Lead and participate in training opportunities.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and track productivity.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment per policy and process.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Support recruiting and growth conversations for associates.
