Job summary

Walmart Canada in Laval, QC is seeking a Front End Associate to assist in leadership of the front end and department processes, greet customers, promote products, and ensure task completion while delivering excellent service.

You will coordinate schedules, supervise team interactions, support coaching and training, maintain safety and cleanliness, and participate in daily huddles to drive productivity.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers in a polite, friendly manner and assisting with product promotion and purchase decisions.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness, follow emergency procedures, and manage store procedures such as scanning and handling theft incidents.
• Address customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise front-end operations, ensure coverage and breaks, and review schedules with leadership.
• Conduct area rounds with coaches to identify training opportunities and develop associates through teaching.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, and track productivity and company initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure displays and fixtures are secure.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support Management.
• Support recruitment and growth conversations with the People Lead and Coach.
