Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product/services, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Coordinate task execution as directed by Store Management and Coaches, ensuring priorities are met.
• Assess backroom presentation and merchandising, implement display changes and stocking as needed.
• Lead daily team huddle, communicate updates, and track productivity with associates.
• Ensure security of high-ticket items, conduct safety checks and daily audits as required.
• Participate in scheduling reviews, training opportunities, and support recruiting and hiring.
