• Ensures safe work practices and emergency procedures are followed at all times, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining clean work areas.
• Handles customer and associate concerns professionally to resolve issues and maintain a positive front-end experience.
• Monitors front end operations to ensure proper associate coverage and efficient customer flow.
• Trains associates on systems, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Oversees transactions, provides approvals when needed, and ensures compliance with company guidelines.
• Ensures EAS systems function properly and that alarms are managed correctly to prevent loss.
