Job summary

Raydar Collision Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first and last face customers see. You will own the front-end experience from drop-off to delivery, keeping customers informed, desks organized, and the shop running smoothly.

You will greet customers, manage check-ins, answer questions about repairs and insurance, coordinate with estimators and technicians, and handle payments at delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in automotive or service.
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm in a busy shop environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with reliable follow-through.
• Basic computer skills; experience with collision shop software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage check-ins/drop-offs with confidence and warmth.
• Handle calls and answer questions about repairs, timelines, and insurance.
• Provide proactive job status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with estimators and technicians to maintain timelines.
• Process payments and close out work orders at vehicle delivery.
• Maintain a clean front desk and waiting area.
• Coordinate rental car arrangements with partner agencies.
• Address customer concerns and escalate with full context when needed.
