Job summary

FFUN Collision Centre is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support customers through the repair journey at our Saskatoon location. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service, coordinating with insurance providers and technicians, and keeping customers informed from arrival to vehicle handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision, automotive, insurance, call centres, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused industries will translate well into this role.
• You’ll be at the centre of the action, working with customers, insurance providers, technicians, and leadership to keep communication clear, repairs moving, and customers confident.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, confident point of contact customers can rely on throughout the repair process
• Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates on their vehicle
• Process insurance claims and coordinate repair bookings based on repair size and requirements
• Complete vehicle walk-arounds with customers and help explain damage and the repair process
• Create and close work orders and prepare accurate invoices
• Schedule and confirm appointments while helping keep the shop organized and moving efficiently
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
