Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the repair management system.
• Coordinate timely processing of insurance assignments and documentation.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners.
• Manage car rental information and support the repair facility team.
