Job summary

CSN Collision is seeking an Autobody Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of the autobody repair process at a collision center. You will lead a team of technicians, estimators, and staff, coordinating repairs, maintaining quality, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, technical autobody knowledge, and experience with computerized estimating systems. You will manage budgets, safety, and compliance while driving efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automotive technology, business management, or a related field.
• Previous autobody repair experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role within a collision center.
• Strong technical knowledge of autobody repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Superior customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
• Proficiency in computerized estimating systems and other relevant software applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to autobody repair.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of autobody technicians, painters, estimators, and staff.
• Coordinate and schedule repair jobs to optimize workflow and timely completion.
• Ensure quality control procedures and inspect completed repairs.
• Maintain open communication with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Manage inventory of parts, materials, and supplies; negotiate with suppliers.
• Enforce safety standards and stay updated on industry regulations and tech advancements.
