Responsibilities

• Collaborating directly with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects.
• Taking independent ownership of key projects across multiple business functions.
• Building, optimizing, and documenting internal processes to support scalable growth.
• Coordinating activities between teams and ensuring projects remain on track.
• Researching new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging markets to support strategic decision-making.
• Identifying operational challenges and developing practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Supporting customer relationships, sales initiatives, and other business-critical activities as needed.
