Qualifications

• Detail-Driven: Strong accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Have): Background in high-velocity cross-docking environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently to move, stage, and store product.
• Manage cross-dock distribution to minimize storage time and ensure quick turnaround.
• Scan inbound/outbound freight with RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Verify counts against shipping documents and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move, stage, and store product.
• Cross-Dock Distribution: Manage fast-moving freight through our cross-dock environment, ensuring minimal storage time and quick turnaround.
• Shipping & Receiving: Scan all inbound and outbound freight using RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Shipment Verification: Verify physical counts against shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips) to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified Operator: Holds a valid, active forklift operator license.
• Experienced Material Handler: Brings 1+ years of demonstrated experience operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Counterbalances, dock stocker, walkie and Cherry Pickers.
• Punctual & Dependable: Maintains reliable personal transportation to guarantee consistent, on-time arrival for all scheduled shifts.
• Detail-Driven: Combines a strong, hardworking ethic with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Have): Brings background or experience working in high-velocity cross-docking environments.
