Randstad Canada is seeking a dependable warehouse operator to keep our Edmonton operations moving efficiently. You will safely load/unload, stock materials, and navigate tight aisles with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

Requirements include 6+ months in a warehouse role, valid forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer full-time hours with multiple shifts and growth opportunities in Edmonton.

Qualifications

  • Shipment Verification: Check counts against documents and report discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety rules.

Job description

What You'll Do
  • Precision Driving: Safely load, unload, stack, and organize inventory using standard warehouse equipment.
  • Fuel Production: Keep the lines fully stocked with materials and seamlessly transition finished goods to storage.
  • Navigate with Care: Expertly maneuver through busy, narrow aisles while maintaining total situational awareness.
  • Maintain High Standards: Conduct daily equipment safety checks and keep your designated workspace clean and organized.
  • Verify the Details: Use basic math skills to keep stock counts accurate and verify shipping labels on the fly.
What You Bring
  • The Credentials: A valid, current forklift license.
  • The Expertise: 1+ years of hands-on experience operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Counterbalances, and Cherry Pickers.
  • Reliability: A dependable personal vehicle to ensure consistent commute and attendance.
  • The Mindset: A punctual, hard-working attitude with an eagle eye for detail.

  • Shipping & Receiving: Scan all inbound and outbound freight using RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
  • Shipment Verification: Verify physical counts against shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips) to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Must have 6+ months of hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Must have experience with forklift and valid certification ( minimum 1 year experience)
  • A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures is non-negotiable.
  • Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs as required.
