Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Foreman for our Windsor Construction & Forestry location. You will coordinate daily technician dispatch, oversee repair work in the Service Department, and advise on technician training needs to support service excellence.

Responsibilities include organizing work orders, mentoring technicians, and maintaining a safe, efficient service environment while communicating with customers and branch staff.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Willing to be available after-hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous mechanical experience in heavy equipment is an asset.
• Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade.
• Experience in a service department setting.
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products preferred.
• Forklift license preferred.

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Foreman reporting to our Windsor Construction & Forestry location.

The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the daily organization and dispatch of technicians, providing quality repair work for the Service Department, advising and making recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For
