Brandt Tractor Ltd in Fort McMurray seeks a Foreman to oversee daily organization and dispatch of technicians and provide quality repair work for the Service Department. The role involves advising the Service Manager on technician skills and training needs and ensuring customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate is a Certified Journeyman in Heavy Duty Equipment and has experience in a service department, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Candidates must be willing to be available after-hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a heavy equipment service environment is an asset.
• Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade required.
• Experience in a service department setting is required.
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products preferred.
• Forklift license preferred.

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Foreman reporting to our Fort McMurray location. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the daily organization and dispatch of technicians, providing quality repair work for the Fort McMurray Service Department, advising and making recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For
