Job summary

Subway Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise 5-10 staff, plan and coordinate activities, and ensure top-notch customer service.

You will recruit and train staff, monitor budgets, manage merchandise procurement, and resolve issues promptly, including customer requests and supply shortages. Flexible shifts include evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 2 years to less than 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in fast-food or retail operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and supervise staff.
