Job summary

Tim Hortons, Parrsboro location, is hiring an experienced Supervisor for a permanent, full-time on-site role. The position offers 18.50 CAD per hour for 40 hours per week and requires leadership of a 5–10 person team.

Start date as soon as possible, with safety and quality control as priorities. Applicants should have completed secondary school and 1–2 years in fast-paced food-service, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in quick-service restaurant or similar food-service environment.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and supervise a team of 5–10 staff.
• Supervise staff who prepare, portion, and serve food and maintain service quality.
• Establish work procedures and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
