Job summary

TB Food Services Inc – DBA Tim Hortons in Sicamous, BC is seeking a Food Service Supervisor on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Starts immediately with a standard probationary period; shifts may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Wage offered is $20.15–$21.25 per hour, with benefits such as staff meal discounts and eligibility for standard company benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-coaching skills.
• 1 year of supervisory experience or several years of fast food/restaurants.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food to guests.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
• Establish work schedules and ensure staff follow procedures.
• Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage and report to management.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure skill transfer to new employees.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and corporate brand standards.
• Deal with cash, opening and closing procedures with accuracy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as required.
• Maintain a positive climate among team members.
• May take customer orders and perform duties of Food Counter attendant when required.
