Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years in a food service or related supervisory role
• Proven experience in a food service environment and ability to lead a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff and customers

Responsibilities

• Establish methods and schedules to keep shift operations on track and on time
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food throughout the shift
• Train team members in job duties, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
• Ensure that all food and service meet Tim Hortons' quality control standards
• Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required
• Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure accuracy and presentation
