Job summary

Tim Hortons in Meadow Lake, SK is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations in a fast-paced coffee shop and restaurant setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising staff, training on duties and safety, maintaining quality standards, addressing customer concerns, and reporting on stock and sales. Shifts cover early mornings through nights and weekends, in a busy customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years in food service or related role.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client focus, flexibility, and team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise 5-10 food service counter attendants and food preparers.
