This is a permanent, full-time position with an on-site work setting. The successful candidate will supervise 3–4 staff, train team members on duties, sanitation, and safety, and ensure high-quality food service standards.

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise 3–4 staff.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral communication.
• Flexible and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules and supervise staff.
• Coordinate activities of staff preparing and portioning food.
• Train staff on duties, sanitation and safety.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Hire food service personnel as needed.
• Ensure food service quality and safety standards.
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns.
• Track stock, repairs, sales and waste.
• Create and submit reports to chef.
• Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
• Familiarize with establishment’s culinary genres.
• Oversee tray assembly and delivery of food trolleys.
• Establish and enforce work schedules.
