Job Description

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Schedule shifts for other staff like sandwich makers, etc. and set work procedures.
• Estimate & order restaurant supplies like breads, sauces, veggies etc.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
• Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
• Perform same duties as workers supervised.

Job Requirements

• Must have completed high school education.
• Have knowledge of English language.
