Job summary

Subway Chase – 0931845 B.C LTD is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Suite 1, 305 Brooke Drive, Chase, BC. The role pays CAD 20.50 per hour and is a permanent full-time position with 35–40 hours weekly, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff training, inventory, customer service, budgeting, and ensuring quality standards. English language required; secondary school graduation and 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation required.
• 1–2 years of experience in food service preferred.
• Knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Hire food service staff.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays.
• Establish work schedules.
