Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a restaurant supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee 5–10 staff, train team members in duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure food quality and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role requires reliable transportation, the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service preferred.
• English language ability is required for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
• Establish work schedules.
