We’re looking for an experienced food and beverage professional to support the delivery of the Food & Beverage service at our beautiful Newquay Bay resort.

We need you to lead and inspire your food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our team of Holiday Heroes, you will ensure our guests have the best possible experience, including:

• Leading, training, and motivating your team to deliver delight.
• Supporting the smooth operation of the venue, including preparation, service, and post-service duties.
• Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on world-class service.
• Driving revenue through excellent service and sales, with a focus on profitable growth, delivered with care and flair.
• Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations.

Note: As holidays and entertainment extend into evenings, bank holidays, and weekends, flexibility to work during these times is required.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

We have high standards and will provide training, but you must:

• Have previous team leader experience in a Food & Beverage setting.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
