• Salary Range: $52,200 - $58,700

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all food and beverage service activities, ensuring adequate resources, budget control, and quality standards.
2. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverage offerings, maintaining high standards.
3. Organize and coordinate food and beverage service for special events.
4. Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
5. Achieve financial and performance goals to ensure profitability.
6. Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash-outs and sales reporting.
7. Maintain knowledge of company policies, regulations, and emergency procedures.
8. Liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Certifications: Serving It Right (BC), Pro Serve (Alberta), Smart Service (Ontario), Food Safe Level 1.
