Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate daily operations and staff performance
2. Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities
3. Train staff and address customer complaints
4. Implement operational procedures and maintain inventory
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
6. Provide excellent customer service
7. Lead and instruct team members effectively

Supervision
