Job summary

Elbow River Casino in Calgary is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guest service, and beverage service across a multi-unit casino environment. The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Assist with progressive discipline of staff.
• Assist in the responsible beverage service for guests.
• Handle guest complaints.

Requirements:

Experience in a multi-unit operation, a definite asset.

Proficient in front office applications of POS.

Must be available to work days, nights, and weekends.

Must be able to stand/work for 8-10 hours and lift service items up to 50lbs.

Successful candidates must undergo a background check, must have Pro-Serve, and must be 18 years of age.
