Job summary

Elbow River Casino is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff across a multi-unit environment. You will manage opening/closing tasks, ensure service standards, and support guest satisfaction within a fast-paced casino setting.

The role requires at least one year in a casino F&B supervisory position or equivalent management experience, with Pro-Serve certification preferred. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a casino Food and Beverage Supervisor, or equivalent management experience.
• Experience in a multi-unit operation is a definite asset.
• Pro-Serve certification preferred.

Job Functions:

Participate in weekly department meetings.

Oversee the opening and closing duties and setup of workstations.

Oversee the multi-unit facility on a daily basis.

Assist in the responsible beverage service for guests.

Handle guest complaints.

Requirements:

Minimum one year experience as a casino Food and Beverage Supervisor, or equivalent management experience, preferred.

Experience in a multi-unit operation, a definite asset.

Proficient in front office applications of POS.

Must be available to work days, nights, and weekends.

Must be able to stand/work for 8-10 hours and lift service items up to 50lbs.

Successful candidates must undergo a background check, must have Pro-Serve, and must be 18 years of age.
