Job summary

Elbow River Casino is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff across a multi-unit environment. You will manage opening/closing tasks, ensure service standards, and support guest satisfaction within a fast-paced casino setting.

The role requires at least one year in a casino F&B supervisory position or equivalent management experience, with Pro-Serve certification preferred. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a casino Food and Beverage Supervisor, or equivalent management experience.
• Experience in a multi-unit operation is a definite asset.
• Pro-Serve certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly department meetings.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and setup of workstations.
• Oversee the multi-unit facility on a daily basis.
• Assist employees with day-to-day operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, and termination of staff.
• Assist with progressive discipline of staff.
• Responsible for beverage service for guests.
• Handle guest complaints.
