Job summary

Elbow River Casino in Calgary is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure guests receive the best possible service and assist with inquiries, tickets, and purchases.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience and familiarity with POS systems; shifts include days, evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service.
• Experience with a point of sale system is an asset.
• Must be able to work Days, Evenings, Late Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
