Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong Food & Beverage knowledge.
• Pro-serve certification.
• Computer knowledge and POS familiarity.
• 18+ and able to obtain security clearance.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with energetic, easy-going attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Food and Beverage Manager in managing the department to ensure superior guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling staff.
• Assist with Inventory and Cost Control.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Assist with basic restaurant operations.
• Motivate staff and build morale.
• Ensure policies and standards are adhered to.
• Supervise staff to promote cooperation and efficiency.
• Assist in employee performance reviews, evaluations and discipline when required.
