Responsibilities

Purpose of Position:
Provide daily supervision and leadership to administrative support staff handling damage recovery, transportation, fleet preventive maintenance, and repair review. Manage damage recovery invoicing, relationships with Global Transportation/Driveaway companies, and oversee the Global Mileage Database efficiently, professionally, and profitably.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and ensure performance standards are met.
2. Ensure staff compliance with policies; oversee training programs.
3. Hold team accountable for work quality and performance, developing standards of excellence.
4. Review Damage Recovery claims and invoice appropriately.
5. Communicate with Driveaway companies to ensure documentation is current.
6. Negotiate rates and monitor usage metrics with Driveaway companies.
7. Develop and maintain the Global Mileage database; train users.
8. Handle insurance inquiries related to accidents involving Global units.
9. Train transportation administrative staff on handling Global transportation moves.
10. Manage review and processing of toll violations, DOT violations, fines, and invoicing.
11. Oversee transportation spend, report trends, and vendor participation.
12. Approve and set up transportation vendors, ensuring proper insurance and viability.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in Fleet Maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
