Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our outbound sales efforts, build relationships with top eCommerce brands, and help us revolutionize eCommerce shipping and logistics across North America. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, tech-forward team where your work directly impacts our expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Win New Business: Target mid-market and enterprise clients in high-growth verticals such as furniture, home goods, fitness, and large-item categories.
  2. Own the Sales Cycle: Manage discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations from initial contact to signed contracts.
  3. Expand Our Reach: Utilize outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, trade shows) to generate a strong sales pipeline and explore new verticals.
  4. Brand Representation: Attend industry events and client meetings across the U.S. to build trust and visibility.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in freight, logistics, eCommerce, or SaaS shipping platforms.
  • Knowledge of LTL, parcel shipping, eCommerce fulfillment; familiarity with dropshipping or 3PL is a bonus.
  • Proven track record in exceeding quotas and converting cold leads into long-term clients.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to craft compelling, ROI-focused proposals.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Confident communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders and representing the brand professionally.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to build from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to Shopify brands, Amazon FBM sellers, or digital-native verticals.
  • Background in launching new markets, products, or outbound channels.
  • Participation in logistics, eCommerce, or retail tech trade shows or events.

Compensation & Benefits
