ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Manager / Coordinator to oversee and manage the scheduling, coordination, and movement of materials and installation teams for timber frame construction projects. This fully remote position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and timely delivery of building packages and resources across multiple project sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the shipment and delivery of building materials and prefabricated components across North America.
• Plan and manage project schedules and logistics workflows to align with build timelines.
• Liaise with internal teams (manufacturing, sales, installation) to ensure up-to-date scheduling and resourcing.
• Source and coordinate transportation, shipping routes, and third-party logistics partners.
• Track and adjust logistics plans in real-time to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and communication around shipping, customs, and site delivery requirements.
• Support the creation and refinement of logistics systems and processes as the company grows.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, or scheduling coordination experience—preferably in construction, manufacturing, or building materials.
• Experience managing logistics for prefabricated or modular construction is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-location schedules with multiple stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy, with strong skills in logistics platforms, project scheduling tools, and communication systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role with cross-border logistics exposure (Canada / US).
