A leading company is seeking a Travel and Logistics Coordinator for a seasonal part-time role in British Columbia. Start Date : March 2025
Hours and Location : Seasonal (March to October), part-time hours (remote within British Columbia)
Wage : starting at $24.00 - $26.00 (based on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Travel and Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role within the Event Services team, overseeing travel logistics and supporting the seamless execution of programs and group bookings. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strong organizational and logistical skills.
In this role, you will coordinate all travel arrangements for presenters, group bookings, and HLI programming participants, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. Working closely with the registration, programming, and event services teams, you will help create seamless travel experiences for all participants.
