Job summary

Melanie Lyne is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in Laval, QC to lead a dynamic team and deliver a memorable fashion retail experience. You will recruit and coach staff, act as a stylist for customers, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and trend awareness.

The role involves supporting daily store operations, merchandising, and achieving sales targets alongside the Store Manager in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in store management or sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for customers.
• Develop and coach a team on exemplary customer service, programs, product knowledge and trends.
• Monitor sales targets frequently and take actions to influence results.
• Support the Store Manager in team management and merchandising to achieve sales goals.
• Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
