Laura Canada is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to drive a rewarding shopping experience for customers in our Guelph store. You will mentor the sales team, model exceptional service, and help develop programs that showcase current fashion trends.

As part of a dynamic and career‑focused company, you will open and close the store, manage daily tasks, and stay aligned with sales targets to help grow the business while delivering outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities

• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for the customer.
• Develop and train the sales team on exemplary customer service, the promotion of different programs, product knowledge and current trends.
• Monitor sales targets frequently and take the required actions to influence the store’s results.
• Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
• Open and close the store as required.
