A leading credit union in Ontario is looking for a Financial Services Representative to join their team. In this role, you'll focus on understanding Members' financial needs, providing transactional services, and advising on investment and credit products. Candidates should have post-secondary education, experience in customer service sales, and flexible availability. The position offers a salary range of CAD 47,775 to 62,200 annually and various employee benefits including health care and pension matching.

You will be joining a team of highly engaged financial service professionals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional Member Experience!
In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to understand the financial needs of our Members to provide the appropriate solutions. This will include completing front line transactional services to support their day to day banking, as well as the opportunity to grow by fulfilling advisory sales such as opening new accounts, offering credit, deposit, finding opportunities for wealth referrals.
