Momentum Financial Services Group, the Money Mart brand, is seeking a Retail Financial Service Representative to support customers in our Fort St. John branch.

You will assist with personal lending products, process transactions, and provide friendly service while meeting branch sales goals. You’ll cross-sell products, follow regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records in secure cash handling environments.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with POS transactions preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate customer service by assessing customer needs, completing transactions, answering questions, and identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell products and services.
• Promote, recommend, and process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, money orders, bill payments, and other related products and services based on the customer's needs, financial circumstances, and applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-sell opportunities to meet sales goals and improve product awareness.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer information and records in required systems.
