Job summary

Accountivity is seeking a Financial Accounts Coordinator to support AP, vendor reconciliations, and purchasing in a remote Toronto-based setup. This temporary role offers hands-on experience with ERP systems and vendor relationships.

You will reconcile statements, process POs, prepare quotes, and assist with inventory counts and sales order activities, using Sage 100 or similar software to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems handling inventory, accounts payable and purchasing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vendor statement reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support Accounts Payable functions.
• Create, process, and manage vendor purchase orders while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare customer quotations, enter sales orders, and support the order fulfillment process.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy (critical requirement).
• Utilize Sage 100 or a similar ERP system to manage inventory, accounts payable, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer quotations.
