Job summary

TD is leading the end-to-end delivery of complex Finance transformation initiatives, modernizing processes, operating models, reporting, controls, data, and technology.

The role requires translating business requirements into executable plans, managing cross-functional delivery across Finance, Technology, Data, Risk, Operations, and Change Management to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and well controlled.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience delivering complex Finance, Accounting, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong Finance and Accounting acumen with knowledge of controllership, FP&A, financial reporting, audit or risk.
• Experience translating Finance requirements into practical delivery plans and implementing them.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Finance transformation projects or a portfolio of related initiatives.
• Provide delivery leadership across Finance, Technology, Data, Risk and Change Management.
• Manage end-to-end delivery: scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and governance.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams; provide senior leaders with delivery insights and options.
