Job summary

RBC is seeking a Delivery Director to lead Finance & Audit IT programs, including the CFO Transformation workstream. You will drive planning, governance, and execution across multiple initiatives, collaborating with RBC business partners, CFO, and T&O teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

The role requires deep program management experience, exceptional leadership, and the ability to translate goals into actionable plans while managing risks and ensuring value delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management across finance, IT, CFO, and business partners.
• Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple cross-platform programs with high value and complexity.
• Plan, monitor, and report progress to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop and refine transformation roadmap aligned with CFO and IT delivery teams.
• Establish governance, risk control, and performance metrics across programs.
• Coach and develop delivery leads and project management practices.
